There is no hard limit. Our largest tenant runs 50+ branches on a single GymViz install. The architecture is multi-tenant SaaS, so adding a branch is a configuration change, not a separate system.

Can each branch have its own pricing and offers?

Yes. Every branch can run independent membership plans, prices, trial offers, discounts, and class schedules. You can also overlay shared "national" plans available everywhere.

Do biometric devices sync members across branches?

Yes. A member enrolled at one branch is automatically enrolled in every branch they have access to. They can scan into any of those branches with no manual re-enrollment.

Can I run different VAT setups per branch?

Yes. Each branch can have its own TRN if licensed as a separate entity, or share a group TRN. Group VAT returns roll up automatically with branch-level breakdown.

How do branch managers see only their data?

Role-based access control. The "branch manager" role is scoped to their branch only and cannot see members, revenue, or staff from other branches. Owners and regional managers see what you give them permission to see, down to the field level.

Can a member transfer their home branch?

Yes. A one-click transfer moves their home branch with full history, biometric enrollment, payment method, and membership preserved.

Does it support a franchise model where each franchisee is a separate entity?
