From signed contract to your branded app live in both stores: typically 10–14 business days. Apple's first-time review is the slowest part — we have done it 80+ times and know exactly what they want to see.

24–48h updates afterwards

Once you are live, push updates (new colours, new icon, new features) ship in 24–48 hours. Apple's review process for updates is much faster than initial submission.

Single sign-in for members

Members log in with the same phone number used at gym signup. We send an OTP via WhatsApp first (more reliable in UAE), with SMS as fallback. No separate password to remember.

Wearable integration

Apple Health and Google Fit sync — members' steps, heart rate, and workouts pull into their GymViz progress automatically.

White-label is not "we put your logo on it"

Most "white-label" gym apps in the market are a single shared app with the gym's logo dropped on the loading screen. Members are still downloading "Generic Fitness App" from the App Store. Brand presence is zero, App Store conversion is poor, and competitors with proper branded apps look more legit.

GymViz delivers an actual app under your developer account, with your business name, your icon, your screenshots, and your description on the App Store and Google Play. We handle the developer-account creation if you do not already have one, the certificates, the Apple/Google reviews, and every update from then on. How members actually use the app week-to-week

On Monday morning, a member opens the app to book her 6 pm Pilates class. She sees there are 4 spots left, books, gets a confirmation. The app prompts her to also book Wednesday and Friday. She does.

Tuesday at 2 pm, her PT trainer assigns a new strength program through the trainer dashboard. The member gets a push notification "New plan from Coach Ahmed: Lower Body Hypertrophy 4 weeks." She opens the plan, sees the 6 sessions, and books her first PT slot for Thursday.

Wednesday at 5:55 pm, she scans the rotating QR at the gym door. The turnstile rotates, the front desk sees "Sara M, 1m ago, Pilates class booked." She walks to the studio.

Friday is renewal day. The app shows her membership expires in 7 days, with a one-tap renewal button. Apple Pay handles it in 2 seconds. The app generates a VAT invoice as a PDF in her in-app inbox.

That is the flow we build the app around. Friction at any step costs you the member. Removing the friction is not a "nice-to-have" — it is the entire job.

Is the app really white-label?

Yes. We submit a custom-branded app under your business name to App Store and Google Play. Your logo is the icon, your brand colours run through the UI, push notifications come from your business name, and there is no "GymViz" branding visible anywhere to members.

How long does the App Store review take?

First submission is typically 7–14 days end-to-end (most of that is Apple's review queue, not our build time). Subsequent updates are usually approved within 24–48 hours.

Do members need to create a separate account from their gym profile?

No. Members log in with the same phone number used at gym signup. We send an OTP via WhatsApp first (more reliable in UAE than SMS), with SMS as fallback. No second password to remember.

Does the app support Arabic?

Yes. Full Arabic UI with right-to-left layout for the entire app. Members choose their preferred language at first launch and can switch any time. Push notifications are sent in the member's chosen language.

Can trainers also use the app?

Yes. The trainer mode shows their PT clients, assigned plans, session bookings, attendance, and commissions. The same app, with a different login type. No separate trainer app to maintain.

Can members pay inside the app?

Yes. Apple Pay and Google Pay are integrated for native one-tap payments. Card-on-file, Tabby BNPL, and bank-wallet payments are also available. All payments generate VAT-compliant invoices automatically.

What happens if I want to add a custom feature later?

GymViz ships regular feature updates included in your subscription at no extra cost. For gym-specific custom features (e.g. a unique wellness integration or custom API connector), we offer paid custom development at a transparent day rate with dedicated project management.
